My new iPad gives me Error 4013

I bought a ipad 2 today and couldnt run because of error 4013. and troubleshooting is not working. My itunes is updated, no securtiy on computer and using mac book pro. Do you have any idea how can I solve this? Try to updates ios 7. it was. ios 4

1) Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11) Installed on your computer
