How do you add album artwork in iTUnes 11.3.1?

I have album artwork that iTunes 11.3.1 can't find or add in .jpg files. I can't seem to find how to add it to the albums in iTunes 11.3.1. Has this functionality been removed. Anybody with a solution?

iTunes > Preferences > Store > check "Share details about your Library with Apple" and "Automatically download Album Artwork"

The album artwork will subsequently be retrieved from Apple's servers, as long as the tracks are identifiable. They don't need to be iTunes purchased tracks for this to occur.

It works the same.

If you're adding artwork to a song:

Right-click (CTRL-click) on the song and select "Get Info".

Click on the "Artwork" tab.

If you're adding artwork to an album:

Right-click (CTRL-click) on the album and select "Get Info".

Look for the "Artwork" box in the bottom right corner.

You can browse for the artwork, drag and drop, or copy and paste.

You can also select a song or album, right-click (CTRL-click), Get Album Artwork.

Make sure you're not trying to add artwork to files that don't carry a tag, such as .wav.
