Multi computer "clone" networking

I need a way to keep three macs audio and business (Word/ PPT) files up to date. I want my computers to act like the "Notes" application does when synced with iCloud (e.x. if i make a file on mac #1, I want it to add said file to macs #2 and #3 automatically; also, if at a later date I were to edit the file on mac #2, I would want it to be updated on macs #1 and #3).
