Itune tell me "it´s not a testacount try in sandbox" what they meen?

I dont understand whats going on. I played Big Fish Casino, and want to buy more chips (money)

And they tell me "´This is not a Testacount, try someware else like Sandbox"

Sandbox in Sweden are a place ther kinder play around in sand, not shop from a store.

I don´t no way they tell me that way, but I dont like it, I´m a good costomer in the store and I want

respect, not ********.

They not even tell me way they react like they do.

It´s no failed whit my acount, and money not missing.

Is´t somwone else out there how have same experiance like me ?

What shoud I do ? Register a new acount or what ?
