Free Up Space Labeled "Other" On MacBook Air

As seen in the following picture, I have 316GB of my MacBook Air's Flash Storage used to "Other", and every hour or so, it increases by about 4GB. I have no idea what this is, so could someone help me? (with my Macintosh HD icon, I just changed it thats all)

You have been activated Guaranteed Recovery is to protect files from being deleted from the recycle bin. This is one of the few ways to keep the ability to restore files from SSD drive enabled TRIM.

In the settings you can specify DiskDrill what time to keep deleted files and how much space you can use
