When It Sets to Factory Settings, Does the Wifi Passwords go with it too?

I have a bunch of corrupt files on my Ipod 4th Generation, and in order for me to delete these, or at least rid the ipod of these files, I have to reset to factory settings. I really don't want ot go through the hassle of re-entering my wifi pass, so does resetting the ipod set the Wifi Settings with it?
