Nov 13, 2013 8:37 PM in response to fcjuvencby babowa,Are you referring to the kb article on how to install memory?
I have absolutely no problem displaying the images using Firefox 25 in Mavericks. So, what browser and OS are you using?

Nov 14, 2013 6:39 AM in response to babowaby fcjuvenc,Yes, I am referring to this page: <http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1423?viewlocale=en_US>.
I am using OS 10.9, neither Safari 7.0 or Chrome 31.0 can open them. It appears the images have broken links. I've tried on PC, iPad, iPhone, none can render the images. HOWEVER, the images for other models work.
Please select the first two links for 27' and let me know if you can see them. In Firefox they don't show up, and you don't see the placeholders either. But in all other browsers you see the placeholders and if you inspect the page you see the <img> tags populated, but the images do not load.
So there is no visual cue for the iMacs 27'.

Nov 14, 2013 8:28 AM in response to babowaby fcjuvenc,I can see that too. I am referring to <http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1423?viewlocale=en_US#1>. This is the first link for iMac 27".
Your screenshot refers to <http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1423?viewlocale=en_US#4>.
This is what I see. I am still confident that this is a problem with the image link:

Nov 14, 2013 9:39 AM in response to fcjuvencby varjak paw,I can confirm that the image links are broken. You can tell Apple about it here:
https://ssl.apple.com/support/feedback/
We're all just fellow users here and as such can't fix anything ourselves.
Regards.

Nov 14, 2013 10:01 AM in response to fcjuvencby babowa,Using your first link, I still see the images, sorry. In any case, you've gotten the feedback link to let Apple know.

Nov 14, 2013 10:31 AM in response to babowaby varjak paw,Interesting. The images load in Firefox but not in Safari. I'll have to dig into this a bit and see if I can figure out why.
EDIT; now it doesn't seem to load the images in Firefox either. When I examined the page source in the two browsers, it seemed to be pointing to different versions of the page, with images in two different locations, one of which fails. Perhaps one of the versions is floating around in the web server caches and hasn't been purged completely. In any case, this is something Apple's webmasters will have to clear up.
Regards.
