Problem with Siri on iPhone 4S
I have an iPhone 4S and updated it recently to iOS 7. When this happened it deleted Siri from the phone. How do I get Siri back on this iPhone? By the way it is missing from Settings>>General.
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3

First, are you sure it is a 4S and not an iPhone 4? The iPhone 4 does not have Siri.
Second, do you have a profile (Settings > General > Profile)? If so, the people who set up your profile may have disallowed Siri.
Third, is Siri restricted (Settings > General > Restrictions)?
Fourth, I believe Siri is not allowed in certain regions or countries. Might this be the reason?

Thanks that corrected the problem. Somehow it became restricted. I turned it back on and now it is working properly.
