I just bought a MacBook Pro Retina 15" Late 2013
OSX Mavericks 10.9.2
(This is my first time with Mac OS.)
When I click to download the App, "We could not complete your purchase. Unknown error " message box immediately pop-up.
I've tried many tricks posted in many articles. But they didn't help!!!
Finally, I accidentally found that it's the wifi-network problem. When I changed the connection from my home wifi-network to the Personel hotspot (3G) from my iPhone, the problem disappeared!!! Don't know why, though. But I guess, it might relate to the router setting.
Tomorrow, I'll test with the wifi-network at my company.
