delete songs from iphone permanently

please, please help me before I throw this stupid phone out of the window.

I want to permanently delete a song from my iphone-I never want to see or hear that song again. I do not want back up copies stored for me because apple are labouring under the misguided belief that I am not able to back up my own stuff. I have deleted this song from the iphone, I have deleted it from my computer, I have restored my phone many, many times just to try and get rid of the stupid thing-I thought I had succeeded but lo and behold out of the blue it is back with the stupid cloud next to it available to download yet again. I am not using icloud and my phone is not connected to it. If I am somehow connected to it-is it possible to delete/disable my icloud account?

please help me???
