For the last 2 days, every time I log in to my i tunes, it gives me the welcome message, and no content or library. I try to retrieve my library and data but to no effect. I then get an error message - We could not complete your i tunes Store request An unknown error occurred (4002) I cannot access libraries or data, and continuously get the welcome, start up screen as if I have just installed. Do I need to delete and reinstall i tunes from scratch ? Can I retrieve my library ? Have I corrupt file somewhere? Please, somebody talk me through this. It is driving me nuts. Thank you in anticipation.
