to first do your part by stating the problem in as much detail as possible.

Here is a WAG based on your limited information: you are having problems

activating a used iPhone because it is registered to an email that you do not

know. Return the iPhone to the seller for an refund. That iPhone is registered

to someone and cannot be activated without their information. It is a security

feature in iOS 7, and there is no way around it.
