My iphone 5s always malfunction the fingerprints and always hang :( and my battery very fast drain in 30mins

My mom in LA buy this iphone 5s gold 64gb then after buy iphone she send the iphone in the philippines and i find out that my battery is veryfast drain :( and my fingerprints malfunction sometimes :( my finger not recognize :( but the first week of my iphone 5s is very good but the past few days the problems came out :(

My iphone 5s buy on october 11 :( so what will my solution ? I will bact my iphone to my mom in LA ? :((((
