Soundtrack pro export has changed track in the project and in the export.

After I have exported an edit I have made, the levels drop for a few bars after every change of clips. The track was fine before the export, however now the exported track and the track in the project are acting the same. How do I get the bars back, and export this how it was originaly in soundtrack?
