I'm using an iMac G4 1.25GHz OS X 10.4.11 and Safari; "Disqus" won't load: why not?

As of 11/22, my iMac G4 1.25GHz running OSX 10.4.11 and browsing with Safari 4.13, "Disqus" will not load on any web site that uses it. like cnn.com: Why not?

They probably are using Flash or some newer version of HTML. You can try Tenfourfox.
