I have a Macbook pro with update 10.8.5 everytime I go to a application mainly GarageBand my computer reboots what should I do about this.? Also this has happen more than 15 times in one day.

Do you have a MIDI device connected when you open Garageband?
If you do, have you tried launching Garageband with no MIDI device connected?
Do you have any software that cleans system caches? Those can cause application launch services to crash.
I have no MIDI device connected and it also doesn't work when I do have on plugged in. how do I clean the system caches.?
You don't want to. I was just saying if you had used such a utility it could have caused the problem in the first place.
Sounds like a hardware problem with the machine's power. Bring it in for service.

I'm in Maryland. I don't have the tools to fix your power supply problem. I just know how to troubleshoot problems and isolate their basic cause based on available information.
If you are in the U.S. http://www.dttservice.com/ can sometimes be cheaper than Apple if you are out of warranty, and there is no exchange program to fix it. If you are near an Apple Genius bar they can sometimes fix it out of warranty too.
Okay. Is there anything I can try myself to fix this issue. Because the program was working before I did the update yesterday.
Check your Audio Unit Plug ins. There may be some old incompatible ones there. You don't say what version of Garageband you have. What OS did you have before the Mountain Lion upgrade and how much RAM is in your MBP?
