i cannot connect to itunes since a started using mozilla fire fox, it now comes up. the networl connection has timed out. any one able to help?

i have been running of of ios 4 because ive not been able to update my phones or itubes.

now i have the new 5c and cant sync over any of my details off the computer

iPhone 5c, iOS 4.3.1
