My phone is fairly new, it's an iPhone 4S, when I installed iOS 7, the settings in the celluar data keep turning them selves on and won't let me turn then off. I've tried restoring my phone and turning it on and off. Please help :(
Also, the mail app keeps saying the servers failed to connect and that the cellular data is turned off, but when I go to turn it on, it's already on.
