How to unzipp rar files?

Hi,
Does anyone can tell me any programme opening rar ziped files. I tried with Stuffit Expander but it does not work in the most of cases and give me this message: An error ocurred attempting to expand ´´ABC.rar´´. Format error Error # 17540

What more details do you need? Go to the websites I mentioned and search for apps that open .rar files.

what Templeton meant was
1. go to versiontracker.com. select Mac OS X, or use this link: http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx/
2. enter the word RAR in the search box, and search.

here are the results.

there are a number of applications listed which should do what you want. look for ones w/ 5 stars (== highly rated by users)...
