hi, its been 4 months since i bought an ipod touch 5th gen,its of 64gb i have updated the latest ios (7.0.3).from the day i bought it i cant add videos of any format to it. i have downloaded a ebook,added songs and that works just fine but not the same with videos. i have tried itunes,and all kinds of video converters. no luck.please tell me how i can add video?

Have you tried using HandBrake converter? It is free and has presets for iPhone/iPod touch and iPad compatibility.
If it makes you feel any better I can't transfer any videos to my iPhone either. Not home movies, movies purchased or rented from iTunes on my iMac - but they will all transfer to my iPad no problem. I have an iPhone 4S running 7.0.4. I'm still trying to get an answer for this also.

Movies bought and rented from iTunes won't transfer so it doesn't have anything to do with the format.
I have the same problem. Video files will not sync. They don't even appear in iTunes after adding files or folders. Is it an issue with the new iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
In my case only purchsed songs and photos synced.
Hey guys, I was able to get mine to work. I did a full restore on my iPhone and then set it up from the most recent back up.
I just drag the file into iTunes when it's connected to my iPod 4th gen. But the video file has to be the right kind. .mp4 files work well.
If you want to convert file formats, the program Handbrake is very good and is free to try.
