Camera does not work with webex or gotomeeting

My FaceTime Camera on Bacbook Air 13 is greyed out during webinars for both Webex and GoToMeeting online sessions. It works ok when I go to main settings. It seems to be disabled only for those aaplications. I have upgraded to Mavericks last week. It seems there is a fix for it, but only for OS X 10.8 and it doesn't load on mine (OS X 10.9). Fix details: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1686

Does anyone know if this fix has been ported to 10.9, and where I can download it from (or another solution, if any)?

Thanks,

Webex: According to Application compatibility table - RoaringApps, Webex is not working correctlu with previous OS X versions either.

Check with WebEx Support for help with this app. The problem may because WebEx System Requirements include "Java 6.0 or above". Apple no longer includes Java as part of default OS X installations because to security concerns. If you have not added Java to your OS X Mac, the lack of Java may be impacting your capability. WebEx Support should be able to corroborate or deny this for you.

GoToMeetings: According to Application compatibility table - RoaringApps, GoToMeeting works fine with OS X 10.9.

Reinstall OS X 10.9 and test GoToMeetings again. If your GoToMeeting trouble continues, see Online Meeting Support | GoToMeeting for application specific help.
