After installing Mavericks, my dell 1110 printer no longer works. I deleted and re-added and selected samsung ML 2010 driver and it still doesnt work. Any advice?

Have you looked on the Dell web site for a new driver and visited their support/community to see if anyone has found a work around?

Sorry, but you may be SOL. Dell has never offered Mac drivers for that printer, Samsung hasn't updated the drivers for the ML-2010 past OS X 10.7, and the alternate solutions I've found may not work past Mac OS X 10.6, though you can try Splix 2.0 and see if it works for you:
If it doesn't, then you're probably going to need a new printer.

Thank you varjak paw, your suggestion worked for me. I used the "Splix-2.0.0" driver packaged file linked on the website link you provided and was successfully able to configure the driver and print to my DELL 1110 printer from my Macbook running Mavericks.
