Since updating to iOS 7.0.4 I have not been able to get a connection higher than EDGE (2G). Now it also seems to be having issues find service at all.
Sitting here with No Service currently.
What the **** did Apple do with the new update?.

settings - gneral - reset - reset network settings.

Reset my network settings and contacted provider.. They have no outages at the moment and resetting my network settings didn't help 😟
I just got done updating to IOS 7.0.4, but I still have LTE
There are no outages in the area, my provider has even reset my connection... :/
Well.. Off to the Apple store I go I guess.. Though Apple has already replaced my phone once, will they again? :s
Not sure..
No problems here either:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): press both home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appeara.
2. Restore iOS using iTunes
No problems with my cellular data on Verizon with the 7.0.4 update.
Im going to guess anyone unaffected is located in the USA?

Located in Ontario, Canada with Rogers as my service provider
Downgading is not supported even if you have the 7.0.3 ipsw file.
As long as Apple is still signing 7.0.3 a downgrade is possible..
No. They stop signing immediately when a new version is released. Even if still signing, you need to hack to downgrade, such as with a beta iOS when the older version is still active and signed
