What is the make & model of your WLAN router? What is your goal in adding the AirPort Express to this router? That is, is it to extend the wireless range of this router or simply for iTunes streaming and/or sharing a USB printer over the network?

WLAN router is called 3CubeGate2(Austria). Yes to extend wireless range and and/ or connect wireless printer.

If the connection between the routers is to be a wireless one then, unfortunately, you will not be able to use the Express to extend the wireless range of the 3CubeGate2 device as the two are not compatible. However, if the connection can be wired then they both can be set up as a "roaming" network.

As far as sharing a USB printer, that can still be accomplished with a wireless connection. Please check out the following Apple Support article for details on how to do so.
