Q: hello:

in February 2012 I purchased for $54.99 the season 5 of true blood since the purchase i haven't been able to see the series only 2 1/2 episode I've been having issues with the storage in which I purchased a higher sorage plan but still I haven't been able to download it, and now I am unab le to see the purchase in the receipts I seriously don't know what I did that now I don't even have them I was woundering if i would have refund of the episodes i haven't been able to see? or make a master reset and have back all my purchases books and series that are the most important at this moment.

    1. You can't purchase additional storage for an iPad, only for iCloud, and this would not have have helped you download additional purchased content.
    2. To download an view those additional episodes, you will need to delete some content from the iPad to make room.
    3. You can contact Apple here to inquire about a refund, but under the circumstances, I don't think it is likely: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
    4. I'm not sure what you mean by "master reset" . You can delete any content you have previously purchased, and re-download it at any time (with some location based restrictions).
