All emails sent to me are being duplicated then put into a thread. How do I stop this?

I have an iPod Touch 5 and I have iOS 7 as well.

All emails that are sent to me are getting duplicated and then put into a thread. I know these emails are singular and are not sent twice by the sender. This is happening on my mail app, specifically in my "all inboxes" folder. How do I stop this? Each e-mail is also individual, so if I get sent one and I check it, there is still the duplicate that is unread. This situation is really annoying and I'd really like to fix this.

Thanks, Nabeeha.

I turned off the "Organize by Thread" option but I'm still getting duplicate emails. I also know that all my emails come to the "All Inboxes" folder, but what I meant was that this situation was taking place in that folder, as in my emails are getting duplicated in the all inboxes folder. The thing is though that each email that is duplicated now works in a pair, so if I delete one, the other one goes as well but if I check one and don't delete it, there's still the replica to be read. It also now says it can't connect to my mail server but I'm still getting all my mail up to date and it's all being recieved.

Help?

Thank you so much for your previous reply and for the advice by the way.
