My iPhone 4s dropped and when I try to turn it on all you see is blue lines. I know my phone still works because it still vibrates and you can still hear sounds. How do I fix it?
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2, it's already cracked

This post is 2 and a half years old! The only way to fix a phone broken in a fall is by having it repaired/replaced at your own expense.
