A couple of days ago, I wanted to download an app from the App store but I got this error: "Verification required : Before you can make purchases, You must tap Continue to sign in, then verify your payment info."

That is what I exactly did. I chose None under payment options for that I neither have and nor want to use any credit card for billing. This time, I got this error message : "for assistance contact itunes support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/". Therefore, I contact you to ask for your assistance.

There are user-to-user public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support - I've asked the hosts to remove your account id and password from your post, but you should change your password IMMEDIATELY.
