Q: My ipod keeps playing the same song over and over again.  I have reset it but nothing is fixing it.  what should I do?

If this is an iPod that has a click wheel, there is a setting called Repeat.  It is on the iPod's onboard Settings screen.  If that setting is One, the same song repeats.  You need to set it to Off (no repeat) or All (repeats the song list).

If this is an iPod nano with a touchscreen, there is a button on the Now Playing screen.  It looks two arrows in a loop.  Tap that button to change the Repeat setting.  You may need to swipe the screen to see the button.
