Q: How come I cannot view my photos when logged into my online iCloud account on a computer despite the photo being switched on in the iCloud settings?

I wish to view and save my photos via my online iCloud account as I currently do not have my own computer. I have turned on photos in the iCloud settings on my iPhone, but when I login to the iCloud via https://www.icloud.com/ nothing to do with photos is in there.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3

Read these Apple documents:

iCloud: My Photo Stream FAQ

iCloud: Troubleshooting iCloud Photo Sharing and Shared Photo Streams

iCloud: Add photos or videos to a shared stream

iCloud: Shared Photo Streams FAQ

What you will need to do is to crreate a shared Photo Stream(s) for your photos as that will keep them on the server indefinitely.

I have done as above, and understand how the photos may be downloaded to other devices from the cloud, however, I was hoping to access them from the web based cloud but they dont seem to appear there

You can not view your photos on iCloud - you must have a computer - the photos can be viewed on a Mac, a PC or on an IOS device with the proper software - http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/

Thanks to you both. It's a bit useless not being able to access it via the online platform if you don't have a computer though!
