iPhone 5s IOS 7…enable cookies

I am trying to log in to a website that never had this problem until the IOS 7 update.

When I go to ESPN it says "Cookies must be enabled in order to login" after I type in my username.

I have gone to Settings > Safari > Allow Cookies > Always but this changes nothing...so I need another resolution. As a side, it does the exact same thing on my other iPhone after the IOS 7 update...so it isn't my phone.

check that....IOS 7 now phrases it "Block Cookies" and I have it set to "Never".....so:

Settings > Safari > Block Cookies > Never

I have changed it to "From third parties..." and "Always" and back again to "Never" each time after trying to login to ESPN....it makes no difference.
