Hello there,

I've just bought the used 32GB 5S about 2 weeks ago in Singapore. The condition is very good, no dent, it's perfectly look like a brand new one.

this morning (15 November 2013), i found something wrong with my 5s, its heating up in my pocket within the battery status about 70%, then I'm trying to cooling it down by remove the transparent case, then i found the problem, my 5s got a big dent in the top of the left corner.

That type of dent takes external force. The phone was dropped or had something exert pressure on the phone. The plastic case may have deformed and then when the pressure was removed restored to its original shape. Plastic does have some ability to deform and not be damaged. Having a case is no quarantee that damage will not occur as you have plainly found out. In fact corners are the most vulnerable to dents as any pressure from external force or drop is concentrated in a very small area. You will have to pay for an out of warranty replacement.
