wifi wont turn on

does anyone have a better solution to this problem other than me spending another $200 for a new phone bc of a glitch that is not my fault? i was 15 days over my one year, and 30 days into my i0s7 and my phone takes a crap....coincidence? i think not and apple is offering no support other than sorry.
