Trouble downloading video podcasts with iTunes 11.1.3

When the video podcast is fresh out iTunes always throws error 3259 and won't resume, It only will restart from the beginning. After a day or so, the video podcast downloads correctly.

Any one else? Any ideas? It just started with iTunes 11.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.4)
