iPhoto for Mac won't sync photo albums to iPhone iOS 7

Ever since I got the iPhone 5s, my photo albums on my Mac will not sync with iPhone iOS 7. Only iCloud syncs. I unchecked all photo albums, sync, then add them back and the album still do not appear on my iphone. MacBook pro running Mavericks with iPhoto 9.5

Are you syncing those iPhoto albums thru iTunes? Give this a try:

1 - open the iPhoto library package as shown in this screenshot:

User uploaded file

2 - locate and move the folder titled "iPod Cache Folder" to the Trash.

3 - close the package, launch iPhoto, launch iTunes and try syncing again.

Wow, thanks so much. This worked for me. iOS 7.0.04, iPhoto '11 (v9.5) and Mavericks here.

Do I have to do this every time I add a new photo to an album or every time I create a new album in iPhoto on my Mac? Thank you!

It shouldn't be necessary. The iPod photo cache folder is necessary to speed up syncing. If you trash it every time you sync your device, the syncing will need a longer time, because the cashed photos have to be recreated.
