My iPad is showing that I have over 2300 messages in my comcast mail box but when I go into my inbox I have 0 messages. Where are the 2300 messages and why can't I see them? I always delete messages out of my comcast account as soon as I read them,

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.
If that doesn't work, try deleting then adding the email account again.
I tried both of these but neither solved my problem. Thank you so much for trying to help me.

If it's an IMAP account, also be sure to check folders other than the inbox.
