I have an iCloud mail and when I did the update it dissappeared first it said inactive I did backup then it says backup on it how do I get it back

I made this icloud for along time, from I had Iphone 3s so I didn'n remember secret questions .After I changed from Iphone 3s to 4s I used this Icloud for 4s untill now. Near time, I bought my Iphone for one Istore , I forgot lock off my Icloud at Iphone 4s and they bought for another people . At day 14 month 11 year 2015 had email sent to my email( now I use my Icould in my Ipad) and changed my pass of Icloud. From there to now I can't come to my Icloud, my father use my Icloud too, if not take pass Icloud early maybe my Father Ip and my Ipad lock. So could you have me take pass again !
