Imported tracks save as separate albums not as one

I think this happened several months ago. Back when I got my new iMac I reimported my CDs. I just noticed that there are several albums

that several tracks are imported and stored as separate items rather grouped as a single album. I have the lastest version of iTunes an Mavericks.

Is there anyway to combine these track short of re-importing them?
