A device is not showing up on my end but on the devices side everything is fine?

I just updated to ios7 and updated the Find my iPhone. We have one iPad and 4 phones on this account. 4 devices in CA and one iPhone is in GA. The iPhone in GA can send sounds to the CA devices and see all the devices and seems to be performing normally for Find my iPhone. Unfortunately, none of the CA devices can see or send any sounds, nor find her device. I am logged out on all devices, have tried several different variations but to no avail. What's up? I'm totally computer useless, so any help would be really appreciated. Thanks SO much!
