Help! My iPhone is changing music into "Other" Data

For the past few days my iPhone became corrupt and has been changing my music into "other" data. Which is requiring me to download my songs through iCloud (which isn't a big issue). BUT this other data file is so huge (since it's all my selected music that I want on my phone) that I can't get rid of it without restoring the iPhone. I've attempted at deleting possible back up files of the phone under preferences but to no avail it hasn't worked.

Please help I'm not sure how to fix this as it is rather frustrating.
