Whats happened to Apple Support? WHERE IS IT ???

Hi guys,

Or an Apple agent who cares enough to help me . . .

I was a big, big lover of Mac but now I'm really feeling let down by Apple . . .

Today I got so frustrated that I wanted to call Apple but the site wouldn't let me have the complete number for the UK, only an emerican one and for the life of me I couldn't find the code for dialing in to America.

So I went the other route of setting up a call back but every time I put my mobile in weather it was with the international code or not the site simply read out in big red writing 'please enter a valid number' so at this stage I have up.

I've also had this thread running where I have been cosinstantly updating my frustration with my Airport Express how ever I still am to be contacted by any one with enough patience to help me:

Can any one, please point out to me how I can get to speak to a human being in Apple who can help me finally and reliably set up my Airport Express?
