iOS 7 cellular data settings won't save on iPhone 4s???

I had entries with 2 and some were 3. Following the steps (and on PC) worked for me, thanks!

Hi all!

I went with the "initial" solution, from nuno.bett. (Many Thanks!)

It was much faster (and safer) to restore just that single file (CellularUsage.db), instead of a full restore from iTunes.

5 stars!

It took just seconds to restore the file, and a minute to reboot the iPhone.

In my case, i had a few entries with "2". Most of them from Apple's default apps.

My iPhone is a 4s, with lastest IOS (7.1.2).

Handled with a Windows 7, 64 bits.

It took me 10 minutes to handle everything (much more to find and read this thread!)

My 2 cents.

I'm sure it'll help others. It sure helped me!

It still workin' im on iPhone 5s iOS 7.0.6 and to every one that doesnt work, just repeat the process more times til works correctly i made it about five times, remember if you are on windows 7 open it as administrator, thanks so much for the solution!

I have had the same issue with my iphone 5s the settings never save for the programs that u have downloaded. i know this because i deleted the apps i downloaded and reinstalled them and my cellular data toggle started working fine. so just delete and reinstall those apps and hopefully it works as mine did

WWhen you toggle the settings off, just leave settings for like 5 minutes and leave your phone down as well for a few minutes.

It worked. Thank you so much! I had to do it a second time because I botched the import edited file step, but second time was a charm. For the record: iPhone 4s, 7.1.2; Mac Mini (2012), 10.9.5.

I cannot believe that Apple would abandon iPhone users who still HAVE to use IOS 7.1.2

This should definitely be addressed by an update.
