Hi, I have been using iPhoto on my MacBook for years but suddenly when I import photos from my cameras and iPhone I see them in Last Import but they do not appear as a new event!! How can I fix this problem??

Hi, I have been using iPhoto on my MacBook for years but suddenly downloaded pictures that show up in "last import" are not appearing as a new Event as well.

If they are appearing in "Last import", they must be in an event. Select one of your photos in "Last Import", ctrlclick it, and use the "Show Event" entry in the pop-up menu to find the event.

Either your event sort is incorrect or your camera date is wrong

To fix

View menu ==> sort photos - set to your desired sort

Or set the date on your cameras correctly (you can fix already imported photos using the adjust dae/time command
