itunes will not play anything

I open iTunes, select a song from the library, and the song will not play. No sound, no movement on the status bar.

Are you able to hear sound in other applications?


If you are having issues with iTunes for Windows, it may be best to completely uninstall iTunes and related components. See this article for information:
