My iPad got stuck in accessibility mode. Three finger tap NA

My iPad got stuck on the accessibility mode used to cover up areas that you don't want touched. But when I click three times on the home button times to get out the iPad doesn't respond. While in this mode I cannot turn off my iPad or use any of the buttons. I have to tap home page 3x to go to page where I can turn on/off this mode. Not happening. Battery getting low.

my ipad is stuck on tap mode with lines going across screen . I cant put password in on homescreen

You don't tap three times. You double-tap with three fingers.

If you still can't get out of accessibility mode, try a soft reset. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset. If THAT doesn't work either, try restoring from iTunes.
