Lost TV epoisdoes I bought

Ever since I installed Mavericks, my iTunes TV epidsodes I bought season passes for are not downloading anymore and I cannot find them. Also my Apple TV says I cannot sign in and try again later. Awful. I paid for these products and cannot use them. Called Apple and they wanted me to pay $20. for help. I hung up. I did not make Mavericks and it screwed up iTunes and my Apple TV.
