Battery issues on 7.0.4

Hi, have you already updated the software version of your ipod to 7.0.4? i have a 5th gen itouch and im still on 7.0.2.. im attempting to update this to the latest version but the thing is im reading some posts here saying that they're experiencing battery issues to previous update (7.0.3).. i have stable battery though.. any suggestions?
