Mobile keyboard for iPhone 5

I am looking for a mobile keyboard that can be used together with iPhone 5. I take a lot of notes during meetings and find it a waste of time to type it out again from paper. However, I am unwilling to buy a tablet just for this. the memo app on iPhone 5 is the best and so I would like to use it, just that it might seems rude to type it on the phone directly.
