Currently Being ModeratedJul 12, 2006 10:18 AM (in response to Ryan Olbrysh1)I would start by launching Terminal (Applications > Utilities > Terminal) and running the following command:
Press the Return key, then type your password and press the Return key again.
This should provide some relief, especially if your Mac is not left on all the time with sleep mode disabled. If it does help and you find you need to run this maintenance script (plus the daily and monthly scripts) on some sort of schedule, I can give you some simple instructions to set this up properly.
