For ex. what's the meaning of Y/A in MD104Y/A?

I'm an italian user so I'm going to ask you if the spanish keybord, that I suppose it is installed on this already mentioned model, is the same as the italian one?
I guess it's not, isn't it?
I do not know the exact answer to that. You would have to contact Apple. 'T' stands for Italian which suggests it may be different.
